How do you help Lehigh? This will be my 12th year hosting the Lehigh Freshman Sendoff for the Greater Philadelphia area, and I look forward to hosting it every year! I love meeting all of the incoming freshmen, who are so excited about coming to Lehigh, and telling them about all that Lehigh has to offer them! The freshmen often return to the sendoff as alumni after they graduate because it meant so much to them.

Why do you love Lehigh? I love Lehigh University because of the incredible relationships I built during my time there and the quality education that has shaped my life. The top-notch education I learned in the classroom challenged me, pushed me to think critically, and prepared me for the real world. But just as importantly, the lessons I learned outside the classroom — through experiences, leadership opportunities, and campus life — helped shape me into the person I am today.

Why volunteer? Volunteering allows me to stay connected to the university I love, support current students, and contribute to the legacy of an institution that has meant so much to me. It’s my way of saying thank you and ensuring that Lehigh remains a place where others can build the same meaningful relationships, receive a world-class education, and create lifelong memories.

How do you help Lehigh? As a class correspondent, I connect with classmates to celebrate their successes and share updates with the broader Lehigh community in the Alumni Bulletin. Through the Ben Franklin Technology Solutions Network, I contribute by supporting the incubator program with my company’s marketing services and advisory input. I’ve also collaborated with classmates to plan reunions, which has been both rewarding and a lot of fun! I am always looking to do more!

Why do you love Lehigh? My time at Lehigh was transformative, but it’s the friendships I made that have truly defined the experience. The people I met — classmates who’ve become lifelong friends, peers who constantly inspire me, and a community that still feels like home — are what make Lehigh so special. I feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such a remarkable group of individuals after college, and I’m endlessly grateful for their presence in my life. I’m also deeply thankful for the faculty and staff who poured so much into our growth and for the mentors I had through extracurriculars who guided, challenged, and encouraged me every step of the way. Their impact, along with the strength and heart of the Lehigh community, motivates me to give back any way I can and help keep that Lehigh magic alive for others.

Why volunteer? When we volunteer or donate, we’re not just supporting a university — we’re investing in people. We’re helping create scholarships, fund innovative programs, strengthen student organizations, and build a network that stretches far beyond campus. Everyone has something to offer, and when we all give a little, it adds up to something powerful. If Lehigh has ever inspired, helped, or lifted you up, I believe it’s worth giving back in whatever way you can. Because that’s how we keep this incredible community growing and evolving for generations to come.

How do I help Lehigh? As a dedicated board member of the Lehigh University Alumni Association (LUAA), I actively contribute to shaping the alumni experience, fostering connections between graduates, and strengthening the university’s legacy. Additionally, I am playing a key role in revitalizing the Lehigh Club of Atlanta, ensuring that alumni in the region have opportunities to engage, network, and support one another. By organizing events, mentoring students, helping new graduates, and encouraging alumni participation, I help create a strong and dynamic community that continues to elevate Lehigh’s reputation and impact.

Why do you love Lehigh? Lehigh University provided an environment that challenged and inspired me, equipping me with the leadership skills and resilience necessary for professional success. The campus atmosphere — rich in tradition, innovation, and camaraderie — fostered a sense of confidence and purpose that continues to influence my career and personal growth. My experience at Lehigh was further enhanced by my participation with the Lehigh football program. During my time on the field with the team, we went 4-0 against Lafayette. We participated in three consecutive NCAA DI-AA playoffs, and we had an amazing overall record of 35 wins and 4 losses during those playoff runs. The relationships I built and the experiences I had at Lehigh remain an integral part of my journey, reinforcing my deep appreciation and loyalty to the university.

Why volunteer? Volunteering offers a meaningful way to give back while also providing an avenue to build new relationships and expand one’s network. Through my involvement, I have had the privilege of connecting with fellow alumni, students, and university leaders, all while contributing to something greater than myself. It’s rewarding to see the direct impact of my efforts, whether through strengthening alumni engagement, mentoring the next generation of Lehigh graduates, or fostering a sense of community among those who share a common Lehigh bond.

How do you help Lehigh? I love to organize and host events that bring Lehigh women together in the Washington, D.C. area. Whether it’s for networking, professional development, or simply to create a supportive and empowering community, these events make space for us to connect, share experiences, and grow together.

Why do you love Lehigh? I love Lehigh because it gave me more than just an education — it helped me grow both personally and professionally. The community I was a part of — whether it was through Women in Business, TRAC Writing Fellow Program, or being an orientation leader — made a big impact on me. The friendships I formed and the strong alumni network continue to support me in my career and life. Lehigh has a special way of fostering meaningful connections that last long after graduation.

Why volunteer? When you shift your mindset and view giving back as something we have the privilege to do, rather than an obligation, it completely transforms the experience. Volunteering for me is not just about helping others — it’s a chance to be creative, to engage in meaningful work, and to connect with people in ways that feel truly rewarding!

How do you help Lehigh? Hosting events for Lehigh, serving as a LUAA board member, mentoring for Baker Institute, acting as captain of the business school Alumni Volunteers for Admission (AVA), and volunteering for the Networking Capstone.

Why do you love Lehigh? I love Lehigh because of the amazing experience I had there as a student, from the incredible education to the relationships I treasure and still have today. The Lehigh community is very passionate and successful. I also love how Lehigh alums are always looking to get involved.

Why volunteer? I was inspired to volunteer based on my amazing experiences at Lehigh, from meeting my wife to crediting my success in life to the education and discipline I learned as a Lehigh student. I recommend people start by going to local Lehigh gatherings and re-engage with fellow alumni. The Alumni Volunteers for Admission is a great way to get involved and interact with potential students.
