When confirming your reservations, inform the hotel representative that you are reserving a room within the "Lehigh University Reunion Room Block" to ensure you receive the room block rate.
On-Campus Housing
Reunion attendees who register for paid events are invited to stay overnight in the residence halls with friends. Like booking a hotel room, rates are listed per night (not per person) and are based on room style and size. Only one person from each group should reserve and pay for on-campus housing.
You can choose between apartment-style and traditional-style residence halls. All residence hall accommodations that have been reserved for reunion guests are air-conditioned and include two sheets, a blanket, a pillow, a pillowcase, two towels, and a washcloth. Guests are responsible for making up their beds and providing toiletries, including soap, shampoo, etc. Parking will be available near residence halls.
During Reunion, the On-Campus Housing desk is located at Reunion Headquarters in the Alumni Memorial Building. Please stop by for housing assistance. The desk is open during Reunion Headquarters hours.
Check-out is 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. There is a $50 charge for replacement of keys that are not returned.
