About the Lehigh Club of Philadelphia
In Philadelphia, no Lehigh traditions go uncelebrated. Though the club hosts events all year long, Lehigh-centric events remain the most popular. Welcome incoming students into the Lehigh family at the annual student Sendoff, or support Lehigh against our biggest rival at the Lehigh-Lafayette Telecast party; both are hosted in the City of Brotherly Love.
Philly alumni gather most months to meet, mingle, and network. Though no two events are the same, past outings have included brewery tours, wine tastings, and even a DeBruno cheese tasting. But wine and dining is just the beginning. The Lehigh Club of Philadelphia co-sponsors an event with a Lehigh affinity or alliance group in the spring and hosts a current affairs-focused speaker event in the fall.
Meet like-minded alumni at the Lehigh Club of Philadelphia’s annual community service event. These events take place in February or March of each year, shining a light on different areas of need in and around Philadelphia. Give back to your neighbors alongside other service-minded Lehigh grads. In past years, the club has partnered with organizations like Philabundance and Cradles to Crayons.
Let the Lehigh Club of Philadelphia treat you to a VIP experience with Lehigh’s own C.J. McCollum! When the New Orleans Pelicans are in town, the club hosts a game-day outing featuring early access to the Wells Fargo Center, complimentary food and drink, an autographed sneaker raffle, and a brief meet and greet with McCollum himself. This event usually takes place in January or February.
