In my first year, I arrived at Lehigh during the COVID-19 pandemic, which made my first-year experience atypical. That year, I lived in Stoughton Hall without a roommate, had limited access to on-campus facilities, and limited social interaction. However, I also met some of my best friends later that year, some of whom would end up living with me four years later. In my second semester, I joined the Delta Chi fraternity, which offered more camaraderie with my peers.
In my sophomore year, I transferred to the College of Business and began taking courses in accounting and business. I joined the Association of Student Alumni, the Finance Club, and the Real Estate Club. As the year continued, I encountered the Lehigh traditions I missed in my first year, like Bed Races. I also moved from Stoughton to reside with my fellow fraternity members in our chapter house and served as the house manager.
In my junior year, I served as the vice president of internal affairs for the Association of Student Alumni and the vice president of the Delta Chi fraternity. These roles allowed me to participate in the first-year Rally, and I was able to ensure other Lehigh students got the best experience Lehigh has to offer. Academically, this was my favorite year as I was able to take courses related to my real estate minor. These courses enhanced my technical skills and helped me land an internship at a commercial real estate brokerage firm in New York City.
In my senior year, I became the president of the Association of Student Alumni, and I had the opportunity to unveil the class of 2024 numbers. Additionally, I hosted one of the biggest Bed Races in Lehigh's history. With little time remaining at Lehigh, I look forward to walking across the stage, ringing the bell, and returning to Lehigh to give back to this amazing university. There's no place like Lehigh, and it's all thanks to those who paved the way before me.
