Lehigh Healthcare Alliance

As with many of the Lehigh affinity groups, we are starting with a few alumni volunteers working in various sectors of the industry to build an infrastructure for networking, academic and professional guidance and mentorship, and education on topics of interest. We are excited to be a part of this effort and hope to see our healthcare community grow in the years to come.

The key mission of our group is to promote active and meaningful engagement for alumni that are currently working or have an interest in the health and healthcare industries. Our goal is to bring together the diverse needs of a multi-sector, geographically dispersed group of professionals through the following core objectives:

• Gain insights on the latest innovations within the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science (RCEAS) and have access to professors
• Connect alumni with common industry sector interests and experience
• Engage in professional development opportunities and industry networking
• Mentor students and enrich their educational and professional experience

Over the course of the year, we will host multiple opportunities for you to network — in person and digitally. Look for invitations to webinars, workshops, and social media groups.

The Lehigh College of Health opened in August 2020. Now, Lehigh students take classes within the college to prepare for a career in the healthcare industry. Help nurture their passion for health sectors by serving as a student mentor. Coach them through their undergraduate career by passing down the wisdom you gained through your own professional experiences. You never know what you’ll help a student achieve!

The Lehigh Healthcare Alliance welcomes Lehigh alumni working in all healthcare sectors, from research to family medicine to public health. Connect and network with Lehigh alumni all over the country who share your passion for healthcare. Meet alumni at the alliance’s speaker events or regional networking events, and communicate over Lehigh Connects during the time in between.
