Bethlehem, PA - The momentum continues as Lehigh University reports that GO Beyond: The Campaign for Future Makers has raised $1,006,376,356 toward its $1.25 billion goal.

As of June 30, 2025, 63,364 donors have contributed to the GO Beyond campaign to support the university and its students. This includes $297,390,600 toward scholarships and financial aid (including 355 new endowed scholarships); $285,245,814 in support of research, capital projects, and faculty; and $423,739,942 for the student experience. In addition, 53% of contactable alumni have engaged with the university through events, volunteering, networking, fundraising, and digital engagement, which exceeds the campaign goal of 50%.

The 2025 fiscal year (July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025) was the second best in the university's history. More than 15,000 alumni and friends made commitments totaling $90 million to the university. This included $4 million from more than 5,000 donors to the Lehigh Fund to fuel the university’s top priorities — a testament to the power of collective giving.

Engagement also remained strong, with more than 33% of contactable alumni participating in the life of the university in some way. Almost 16,000 individuals registered for at least one of the 355 events offered through Development and Alumni Relations. In addition, 6,200 alumni and 4,700 students were active on Lehigh Connects, the university’s platform for mentorship and professional networking, during the same period.

Carol Packard, vice president for Development and Alumni Relations, thanked all those who are continuing to build Lehigh’s momentum. “Alumni continue to engage with us at higher rates. At the same time, more volunteers and active alumni are also participating as donors,” Packard said. “It’s wonderful to see so many people reflect on what Lehigh means to them and how they give back.”

“Together, we have experienced a year of incredible progress at Lehigh,” said President Joe Helble ’82. “I am grateful to all who have helped make this possible, and proud to see how our community’s collective power is strengthening our university, and changing the lives of students for the better.”

The university’s Giving Day + March Mania effort was also a standout, with gifts surpassing $3 million. Support came from 4,200 donors, a 20% increase over 2024.

Overall, athletics fundraising received an all-time high of $4.2 million from more than 5,258 donors. This is a 15% increase in dollars raised compared with last year.

GO: The Campaign for Lehigh was launched in 2018 and extended in fall 2023 as GO Beyond: The Campaign for Future Makers, with an expanded fundraising goal. For more information on the campaign and its priorities, visit the campaign webpage.
