Family and Founder’s Weekend brought Lehigh families and friends back to campus to enjoy traditions, activities, and plenty of Mountain Hawks spirit.
Visitors explored the campus in all kinds of ways, from carving pumpkins with power tools at Wilbur Powerhouse to exploring the Clayton University Center for Asa’s Quest, a scavenger hunt inspired by our founder, Asa Packer. The game, ran by the Association of Student Alumni and the newly formed Student Philanthropy Committee, fostered student-alumni connections, held up school traditions, and educated attendees about philanthropy. Over the course of the weekend, even President Joseph J. Helble ’82 got in on the fun, joining families and friends for a morning run. Across campus, Lehigh generations reconnected, explored, and made the most of their time together.
The weekend reached a high point on game day, when fans gathered for tailgates before cheering on the Mountain Hawks against Dartmouth — and we won! From longtime traditions to new memories made with family and friends, the weekend offered plenty of moments worth celebrating.
