Get ready for the weekend with President Joseph J. Helble '82 as he shares Lehigh updates and answers audience questions in this virtual forum. Moderated by Katherine Lavinder, vice president for student affairs and dean of students, the discussion offers you the chance to hear firsthand from the president and other senior leaders about the student experience, whether or not you are planning to head to campus.

Family and Founder's Weekend is a long-standing Lehigh tradition and is designed for parents, families, and friends to visit campus and experience what it's like to be a part of the Lehigh community!
This is a great opportunity to visit your student on campus and learn more about their academic and social experiences. Throughout the weekend, families can enjoy a variety of activities and programs together, including tailgating and cheering on our Mountain Hawks at several athletic events.
Family and Founder's Weekend is open to the entire Lehigh community!
Whoever a student defines as family is welcome to participate in Family and Founder's Weekend. This may include — but is not limited to — parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
Students are welcome to register for the festivities even if their families are not attending.
Alumni are also invited to come back to campus for Family and Founder's Weekend for events like the Lehigh Tailgate and Pace the Prez.
Family and Founder's Weekend 2026 registration will open later this summer. You will receive an email from Lehigh when registration officially launches with more information on the full schedule of events.
