How did your Lehigh experience inform, help or influence your life now?
My Lehigh experience was, in a word, transformative. I cannot remotely imagine having had a more academically stimulating, friendship-filled, memorable four years. This university is part of my DNA; I bleed brown and white. I received an incredible education from amazing professors who not only challenged me intellectually but also taught me how to think, learn, write, and analyze and form arguments. In addition, I made many deep lasting friendships that still last to this day.

What has been the most challenging thing you’ve faced since graduating?
While I knew I wanted to go to law school and become an attorney, the biggest challenge was figuring out what kind of law I wanted to practice. I am fortunate for the legal training and professional opportunities I have received that set me on a fulfilling career path with which I am quite happy.

I owe Lehigh a tremendous debt for the opportunities it gave me to grow intellectually, socially, and personally, making me a better attorney, friend, and citizen.

What excites you right now?
I am thrilled about how Lehigh is not only expanding its footprint with additions such as the College of Health, but also building on its unique strengths with the growth of interdisciplinary programs.

What advice would you give current Lehigh students?
My advice to current Lehigh students is to savor every moment of your college experience; it goes by far too quickly. Moreover, Lehigh has a second-to-none alumni base. Use it. You will gain invaluable insight about what opportunities to pursue and how to advance your career.

What keeps you connected to Lehigh?
I owe Lehigh a tremendous debt for the opportunities it gave me to grow intellectually, socially, and personally, making me a better attorney, friend, and citizen. I am forever grateful to it for giving me the confidence, skills, and guidance needed to pursue a meaningful career and personal life.
